What to Expect
Interviews for the M.S. in clinical mental health counseling program are made up of Cornerstone faculty who are excited to get to know you during your 15-minute virtual interview.

Preparing for Your Interview
We recommend the following tips to prepare for a successful interview.
- When registering, please do not use a Cornerstone issued email account if you are a readmitting or current Cornerstone/CTS student.
- Upon registration, you should receive an email that includes your Microsoft Teams login information. Please save the email so you can easily access it the day of your interview.
- Determine a quiet location that will be free of distractions for your interview spot.
- Make sure your technology is working properly. If you have never used the Microsoft Teams platform, make sure to login and familiarize yourself with the platform.
- For the best virtual experience, we recommend using an electronic device (laptop or home computer) with audio and camera capabilities or a phone that allows you to dial into a Microsoft Teams conference.
- Arrive in the meeting early. You’ll start in the meeting waiting room until your interview is ready to begin.
