When I was thinking about transferring from a community college to a four-year school, I was looking for a place with solid Christian education, a good program for my major and ways to be involved.
At Cornerstone, I found all of that and more.
I've never experienced anything like this community. All the students are really tight. We support each other and hold each other accountable. The students really care about each other.
There are so many opportunities on campus to get to know people. The community is amazing. I feel really blessed to be a part of it.
Katie has been involved in the following campus opportunities during her first year at Cornerstone:
- was on the Resident Hall Council
- served as executive vice president of legislation for student government
- participated in Leadership Journey
- attended a discipleship group
